LASHLIFT TIP FOR BEGINNERS!
Who doesn't know it, while fixing the upper eyelashes on the silicone pad, the lower eyelashes keep getting in between and sticking together. This is definitely fiddling work and takes time to carefully and occasionally free the lower lashes again. Therefore, in this blog post, we give you a valuable tip to avoid this problem in the future.
TAPE THE LOWER LASHES WITH THE EYE GEL PADS BEFORE LASHLIFTING
To prevent the lower lashes from sticking to the upper lash line during the lift or suddenly bending upwards after the lash lift, we tape the lower lash line with our eye gel pads. These pads are hypoallergenic and prevent burning in the eyes. They are nice and thin so that you can optimally adapt them to the lower lash line.
To stick the eye gel pads on the eyelashes, first remove the protective film. So that you can stick the pads well to the eye without them sticking out weirdly or forming bulges, roll the sticky layer slightly inwards with your fingers.
The next step is to open your eyes and look up slightly. Hold the eye gel pad on both sides and place it on the lower lash line. By gently pulling the eyelid down with your middle or ring finger, you can place the pad over the entire lash line, starting from the nose.
To check if you have fitted the pad well to the eye, slightly pull the eyelid up to see if the pad cuts into the eye.
You repeat the same on the other eye. Check again whether the lower lashes are well glued and no small lashes are sticking out at the inner or outer corner. To do this, pull the eyelid slightly upwards again. If a few eyelashes stick out of the eye pad, you can hide them under the pad again with the microbrush. You can also separate them later, when you fix the eyelashes on the silicone pad, with the eyelash tool and pull them down.
