RefectoCil Oxidant liquid is a stabilized developer on a liquid basis, specially developed for RefectoCil eyebrow tints and eyelash tints
Mix 10 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant 3% liquid with 2 cm of color and mix the mixture to a creamy paste using the tinting stick. Apply the paste immediately, following the instructions for use of RefectoCil eyebrow and eyelash tint
Important note: Only the use of RefectoCil Oxidant guarantees the usual perfect color result with RefectoCil colors.
Therefore, always use RefectoCil eyebrow and eyelash tints with RefectoCil Oxidant 3% liquid or cream.
